HP PLUS pedestrian barriers are available in a glow-in-the-dark version. The illuminated lines absorb light during the day. When it gets dark at night or there is a power outage, they gradually emit the absorbed light. This provides a half-hour transition time: enough time to follow emergency exit routes.
